Matariki
I see people who love shoes and cars,
when I see Matariki I see shooting stars,
Matariki is a celebration of the stars
used for navigation,
Blazing in the sky,
The seven stars shining bright,
It is a time for harvest,
time for preserving food,
time for flying kites and
talking about our ancestors
